01
Attention changes the familiar.
A familiar route still has something new to offer. Notice how the light falls, the shape of a doorway, or a sound usually lost in the background. Paying attention is less about finding something remarkable than giving an ordinary thing a little more time.
02
Keep the question with the answer.
A saved idea is easier to return to when its context travels with it. Alongside a link or a quotation, leave one sentence about why it mattered. That small note can turn a growing collection into something you can actually use.
03
A pause can be part of the work.
When a problem stops moving, a short walk can be more useful than another hour at the same desk. Put the question into words before leaving it. A little distance often makes the next step easier to see.
